Select the appropriate menu on the left pane to continue.

Email: Allows you to send email to authors, subscribers and reviewers.
Users: Allows you to add the parameters of users. Admin Users is for those who will be administering the database.
Galley Proofs: Allows you to send galley proofs to authors.
Publications: Allows you to publish new articles, modify existing ones. It also allows you to manage and subsctiption bank transactions.
News Update: Allows you to manage news update displayed on home page and elsewhere.
Setup: This allows you to update your webpages, labels used in software, review comments and users. This is not accessible to all panel users. Webpages allows you to update all information displayed such as news, home page information, author guidelines, editorial board, scope of journal, etc. while webpages labels allows you to update basic settings such as journal name, ISSN, host name, editor email, editorial staff email, etc.

Note that when a manuscript is accepted, an email is automatically sent to the authors and an acceptance letter in PDF is automatically prepared when the corresponding author visits the author's page to view comments. The letter will be prepeared in pdf format with the logo (logo.png) and signed automatically with the signature (signature.jpg) placed inside the folder, /ojm/pdf/signature/. Such image files must be in .png and .jpg formats, respectively. Please note that it is only the Editor's information provided in Label table that will be used.
