However, valid International Credit/Debit Card is required for payments in US dollars.

What to do when transaction is Successful?

Print out your transaction report and kept for future reference.

What to do when transaction is Incomplete or Unsuccessful?

Transaction was completed but unsuccessful

Check the reason given in this transaction report why the payment was unsuccessful. You may try to make payment with another valid card.

Transaction was incomplete but amount debited from my account

This is rare but possible when your Internet connection fails before transaction is completed. When ever you male payment, an email will usually be sent to you. The email will provide a link for you to trace the records of your payment. If you did not receive the email or you want to confirm whether the payment was received, you can email us using the email  or telephone number provided below. When you you want to make inquiry concerning your payment or attempted payment, the reference number, the name you used to make the payment and the amount involved should be provided.
